The LN2 probe station is capable of making a wide variety of nondestructive, standard electrical device measurements. The Cryogenic DC Probe Station-4, Model CRX-VF enables cost effective, stable, reliable and convenient low temperature semiconductor testing and even cryogenic wafer-scale testing of devices and circuits. Built-in vibration isolation, smart thermal management and engineered thermal expansion compensation makes this cryogenic probe station system ideally suited for a wide range of applications spanning from nano-electronics (graphene research, molecular electronics, quantum computing, etc.) to space-based electronics.

Mercury Probe Station

MDC’s Mercury Probes are built for measuring samples without the need of creating metallic contacts. They are used for temporary, non-destructive contact to MOS and bare semiconductor samples at room temperature. They are excellent for monitoring wafer doping and resistivity. Mercury probes work well, for example, with Graphene (FLG), GaN, GaAs and GaP material. The probes work in both front-front and front-back contact configurations.
